A very large, sculptural and impressive pair of Deco Revival table lamps. European, possibly German and circa 1980. Hand painted and of truly exceptional quality. H:54cm x W:26cm x *D:44cm (21.2 x 17.3 x 10.2 inches).
These beautiful writhing, twisting and turning forms have been cast in a plaster/resin mix and hand painted with an incredibly realistic faux mahogany finish. The square bases are internally weighted giving the lamps a really substantial feel. The glass has a heavily textured hand painted finish and gives a lovely warm glow.
Overall superb condition, some small areas of touching up to the faux finish, sensitively and professionally done. One lamp has 4 small losses of paint to the arm, a couple of mm each. Wiring and inline switch are original to the piece, they have been checked over by our lighting restorers and they are fit and safe for use.

To keep costs down, we use multi drop couriers who may only be in your area on a specific day. It is a one man, doorstep delivery.
